Pre-orders will be shipped directly to you about 4 weeks of the deadline. All pre-orders are final sale (no returns, no exchanges). 

Pre-order items are custom-made especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to produce. 

Looking for a certain color? Be sure to look at each product's color offerings! 

Items NOT labeled pre-order are produced and shipped on demand directly to the customer; these orders are typically delivered with 10 to 14 business days.
