Hailing from the great state of West Virginia, Peyton is one of the most exciting wrestlers on collegiate scene and world stage. In 2024, the Big 12 fourth-place finisher made waves at the NCAA Championship Tournament, climbing his way to seventh place and achieving All-American status. In the same year, he led his team in takedowns, tallying a whopping 102 takedowns. 

In the 2021-2022 season, Peyton made his mark at the World Team Trials, finishing runner-up and becoming a U23 Men's Freestyle WTT All-American. That same year, he placed eighth at the NCAA Championship tournament, becoming the first West Virginia University wrestler to reach All-American status at 165 pounds.
